1. Service Description

FireSale is a property analytics platform that identifies potentially underpriced and distressed real estate listings in Dubai. The platform analyses publicly available transaction data from the Dubai Land Department (DLD) alongside active listings from Property Finder to generate distress scores and deal assessments.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. FireSale is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3. Payment Terms

FireSale subscriptions are billed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your current period.
• FireSale reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, FireSale does not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data presented on the platform. Property data is sourced from third-party providers and public records, which may contain errors or delays.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, algorithms, and functionality of the FireSale platform -- including distress scoring models, user interface design, text, graphics, and software -- are owned by FireSale and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to FireSale or its data.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.

7. Termination

FireSale reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination -- including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability -- will remain in effect.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireSale and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from investment decisions made using data provided by FireSale.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
